Participants, in order of seniority, round the assemblage of dishes, cleaning themselves with each food, which is then cast into the sack-lined basket in the center. Everyone must clean themselves with two eggs, which are added to the basket at the end. When the awán is finished, the sack is closed and awaits its transfer to the sea.
